Thanks for getting me in on the Act! As you are aware our three separate organisations have a huge database but we didn\'t really know who was who and from where we knew them from. So with Act, we are able to differentiate between our OH&S clients from our website clients and those again from our consulting clients and meet their needs better. Also Act is able to give us so much more with ability to target special needs or certain criteria for particular ad campaigns such as a specific direct marketing campaign for our workshop clients and another for particular suburbs close to our consultancy room, thus having diverse interests being properly targetted. Having all this available on Bartercard and the training too from Kaz was very beneficial. I can now get everyone focussed on the right plans for our customers needs.
